In our current society, we are bombarded with over-stimulation in the form of images, noise, social media, high expectations, etc. This has led to an increase in ailments such as stress, anxiety, depression, and hypertension. Join Shelby Day for her meditation and mindfulness workshop, where she will teach mindfulness, breathing, gentle yoga movement, and mediation techniques to help focus on the present and avoid becoming overwhelmed in high stress situations. Techniques will be appropriate for all levels. Those who are simply curious about the concepts and beginners are very welcomed.
