This is a power yoga inspired vinyasa class that incorporates breath and movement and works to link the two together. You can expect gentle stretches to warm up, a series of heat building postures, followed by a gentle cool down and a relaxing savasana.
This class is a perfect companion for athletes, or any fast-paced fitness routine. We work with gentle stretches and longer holds to target deep connective tissue and release stored tension.
Vin + Yin
This is a great class for beginners looking to start out slow but also work on strength building and flexibility. The first half of class is a slow paced vinyasa flow working on building strength and stamina as well as an understanding of postures. The second half of class is a slow paced yin flow incorporating deep stretches to work on flexibility. You’ll leave this class feeling ready to greet the weekend.
We’ll move slow through this class so you feel yourself working and stretching. Perfect for beginners or those looking to slow down for an hour
With a little bit of party, and a whole lotta sweat, we combine the illest playlist on the block with various flows and techniques to form a class designed to increase your strength and flexibility. (*Lyrical content may not be suitable for all ears.)
HIIT + Flow
HIIT + Flow is the perfect combination of a high-energy workout with plenty of stretch and flow and zen to fill your bucket! Bring your bare feet to this one hour mat class, consisting of 20-30 minutes of Low Impact, High Intensity Interval Training, sandwiched in-between flows and stretches to both prepare and restore your body from all the sweaty things that will inevitably go down.
Pilates addresses the body as a whole, correcting asymmetries and weaknesses in your body to bring it back into balance. We work to strengthen the core and back, and the deep postural muscles which support the spine.
