Strength & Sweat
This is a power yoga inspired vinyasa class that incorporates breath and movement and works to link the two together. You can expect gentle stretches to warm up, a series of heat building postures, followed by a gentle cool down and a relaxing savasana.
This class is a perfect companion for athletes, or any fast-paced fitness routine. We will be working with gentle stretches and longer holds to target deep connective tissue and release stored tension.
This class starts with a nice, gentle warm-up, transitions into a slow flow, and ends with relaxing and restorative qualities. Perfect for all levels, including beginners interested in building strength and stamina.
VIN + YIN
This is a great class for beginners looking to start out slow but also work on strength building and flexibility. The first half of class is a slow paced vinyasa flow working on building strength and stamina as well as an understanding of postures, and the second half of class is a slow paced yin flow incorporating deep stretches to work on flexibility. You’ll leave this class feeling ready to greet the weekend. This is a beginner class, but it is also great for all levels.
I like the way you work it. 🙂 With a little bit of party, and a whole lotta sweat, Brooke combines the illest playlist on the block with various techniques from her practices of both yoga and pilates, to form a flow designed to increase your strength and flexibility. Birds of Paradise
Birds of Paradise Flow is a colorful, eclectic yoga class for wanderers, seekers, and open-ended adventurers. This flow incorporates a variety of styles in one: Hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative, yogadance, breath-work, meditation/mindfulness, creative activities.
Your core is an important part of a well-rounded fitness routine. There’s so much more to your core muscles than just abs, and working to strengthen that area can help improve posture, ease back pain, and so much more. In Jen’s class you will be focusing on building strength in and around the core area as well as length in the spine with a nice cardio/endurance element to go along with it.
Relax To The Max
Every first Friday, we invite you to bring along the kiddos and join us on the mat for a family flow! Dress up and show up ready to sweat and laugh and get in some good quality time with your faves! In this 30 minute workout, we’ll focus on FUN and flexibility and get your heart pumping while we let some of those wiggles out. Check our social media pages for monthly themes!
Weekend Wine Down
Every third Friday, grab your friends and namaste awhile with us for some yoga and wine. First we’ll flow through a 45 min class, and then plan to stay after and let the wine flow (see what we did there?). Whether you like red or white, we’ll have something for you. *All wine and snacks are complimentary *Must register in advance for this event *Class passes and memberships may not be used for this event *monthly memberships may be used with an additional $5 fee.
